Sexuality is deeply connected to self-awareness, our sense of inner security and our relationship with our bodies. My methods help you to uncover and release unconscious blocks that inhibit the free experience of pleasure, the natural flow of desire or a confident presence in intimate situations.

I guide you along the path of inner pleasure towards liberation and self-acceptance, while conscious control helps you learn to gently regulate bodily responses such as premature ejaculation. And the path of return helps us to find our way back to the joyful, natural side of sexuality after trauma, painful experiences or shame. All supported by hypnotherapy and body awareness exercises.

The path to inner joy

Return journey

The goal: to find your way back to your own free inner world.Helps you regain sexual confidence and control, especially in cases of premature ejaculation or performance anxiety. More about these methods

The path of inner joy

Who benefits from The Way of Inner Joy? An imagination exercise to support body awareness and sensory responsiveness.

Who is it for?

This imagination exercise is recommended for women and men who:

- have difficulty connecting with their bodily pleasure experiences,

- For some reason (e.g. trauma, stress, upbringing, shame) they have become detached from their own body and sensory responses,

- want to increase their body awareness,

- want to know their own sensuality more deeply,

- feel that achieving orgasm (especially deeper, inner-focused experiences) is an obstacle, difficult or unattainable,

- seeking inner resources to help them restore healthy sexual functioning, pleasure and self-acceptance.

What is the exercise about?

"The Inner Joy Path" is a guided imagination that, in a state of altered consciousness (relaxed state), helps the participant to reconnect with their own body, sensory responses and inner desires.

The aim of the exercise is not to elicit a specific sexual stimulus, but to gradually rediscover sensory awareness, the experience of the body in a way that is safe, self-tailored and gradually built up.

It supports:

- sexual self-awareness,

- positive body-related experiences,

- the development of self-regulation,

- and the restoration of pleasure

The Way of Conscious Control

The Way of Conscious Control is for men who want to get in deeper touch with their own bodies and their reactions, especially in the area of sexuality. This process will help you regain control, not only on a physical level, but also on an emotional and mental level.

Who is it for?

People who experience premature ejaculation

Those who have anxiety or performance anxiety that makes sexual intercourse difficult

Those who want to develop greater self-confidence and self-assurance

People who have difficulty in consciously feeling or controlling their physical sensations

Those who desire a deeper physical and emotional presence during intimacy

What is included in the process?

During mindful control we work with hypnotherapy tools, body awareness exercises and inner focus techniques. I help you to recognise the automatic patterns running within you and develop new, supportive behaviours to replace them.

In the process, you will learn to notice your body's subtle signals, quiet internal tensions and gradually take back control of your own reactions.

Why does it work?

Because we don't suppress the symptoms, we look for the causes, with compassion, attention and complete discretion. As awareness develops, control is put on a new footing, so inner balance is naturally born

Return journey

Who benefits from the Way of Return?

1. For people who have experienced sexual abuse

- Disconnection from the body is common: they often dissociate when they should be aroused, or outright block the response.

- This method helps you reconnect with the body in a safe, non-intrusive way, without anyone else being involved.

- Taking back control can be a tremendous empowering experience for a trauma survivor: "I control my body, my senses, my responses".

- Visualising touch from the inside is especially good for those for whom external touch is alarming or unwelcome.

2. For those who have lost touch with their body

- E.g. after childbirth, weight change, illness, self-doubt, or even just because of long, stressful years.

- The method teaches you to re-perceive the body gently, step by step.

- No expectations, no performance - key for those who are alienated from their body.

3. For older women in transition

- For many, this is when natural wetting, libido, and the intensity of body responses decrease.

- And this can be compounded by psychological barriers: 'I'm no longer feminine', 'I'm no longer desirable'.

- This method helps to re-awaken inner pleasure, to reawaken desire, it does not rely on hormones but on the mind.

- And with the anchor, a new, reliable pattern of response can emerge despite the changes, which can be quite liberating.

4. Who have never had an orgasm / have been inhibited

- Many women (and men too) have never really experienced climax, or only rarely.

- In such cases, it is common for the mind to keep interfering: "am I doing it right?", "what now?", "am I messing up?".

- This internal way shuts down expectations and simply invites perception. And the body often follows suit, especially when there is no performance pressure.

5. For therapeutic purposes: to relieve anxiety, control, repression

- The method can be a particularly good tool in psychosexual therapy where there is a problem with intimacy or self-transference.

- The inner experience helps to break through control, not violently, but gradually.

- And more importantly, it gives you self-confidence. The "experience of success" is born within, experienced over and over again in a controlled, safe way.

For those who "just" want to grow sexually

- Those who are not seeking trauma, but are seeking new depths of pleasure.

For them, this is a new kind of pleasure map they can explore, without the need for a partner.

______________

In summary: this method is about much more than orgasms.

It's about reconnection, self-awareness, body honour, intimacy with yourself.

And anyone who is stuck in any of these can gain from it.
